While Loni was living in Bermuda, I hired her as a makeup artist for several events and occasions – the ultimate being my wedding day. On each occasion I really felt Loni listened to my vision for each look and added valuable suggestions and insight. On the day of the wedding, Loni showed up with a smile and had the entire bridal party ready on schedule, tailoring each person’s look to their features while ensuring the overall look flowed. Loni was always knowledgeable about a broad spectrum of products and had researched different looks and methods. She is very talented with a calm collected personality, a passion and dedication which would be an asset.

Working with Loni on the independent short film ‘Wolf’ was a pleasure from day one. We shot the film in the midst of a harsh Canadian winter with several outdoor scenes in a span of a four day weekend for up to 14 hours a shoot day. Loni came to set every day with a smile on her face and always ready to work. Loni took the task of makeup and hair. Not only did she make the actors look the way we had envisioned - she also took the initiative on researching how to create a blood effect for a scene in the film. Loni has an infectious positive and collaborative energy that would be an asset for any film or fashion projects that calls for a talented up-and-coming vibrant makeup artist.
